I have an older Kwikee single step unit SN: 10996028 Series and it has a defective Module unitPN: 909506000 MFG: 2000 SN: 46443. I understand there are no parts available for this older unit. Will the LC379145 replacement kit work for this older unit or do I need to replace the entire step assy with a newer version. Please advise. Thank you, in advance, for your time and consideration.

Your Kwikee step's control module 909506000 can be replaced with Lippert part # LC379146. This part fits steps made between 1999 and 2005 and based on your serial number 46443 this is the correct part. I confirmed with Lippert, maker of the Kwikee steps.
