Just I get a c11290 Hitch for my 2003 Accord can you tell me if I can pull 5x8 trailer ?

The Curt hitch # C11290 that you referenced is rated for towing up to 2,000 lbs. I looked up your 2003 Honda Accord's towing capacity and it looks to be 1,000 lbs. Since you are only as strong as the weakest component in your towing setup you'd have a 1,000 lb overall towing capacity that you'd need to keep your trailer under.
For trailer wiring you'd then want the T-one kit part # 118302 for a 4-way. For a ball mount you'd then want the # C45016 and for a hitch ball # A-80.
