I have no running lights after i plugged this up is there something else that needs to be done all factory fuses are in.

On many Nissan vehicles there is an additional running light relay, # C57000, that is needed for the trailer running lights to work. It is normally located in the in-cab fuse panel. Nissan does not list fuse and relay locations in the owner's manual for the 2013 Frontier so you would have to check the fuse panel lids to see if there is a bad or missing relay.
