Will these work with a gm tonneau cover for a 2003 GMC Sierra 2500hd?

The Replacement Mounting Clamps for TruXedo Tonneau Covers part # TX1703561 that you referenced are designed specifically for the TruXedo TruXport tonneau cover systems. We do not carry or stock GM tonneau covers therefore would not be able to confirm the compatibility. However, the design of the clamps is fairly universal so there is a chance that they will work for you I just would not be able to confirm that.
