Question:

I was given an old set of Yakima Q Towers+crossbars+Q102 clips+A pads, and Im trying to figure out what parts I need to install it on my 2012 honda civic 4DR. From the yakima website, Q99 and Q131 clips are needed, but it looks like the Q131 clips are discontinued. Is there a reasonable alternative? I believe I also need Einch pads? Thank you for your help!

For your 2012 Honda Civic 4 door, you are correct that the rear clips Q131 are obsolete. I confirmed this with my contact at Yakima. Unfortunately that means there is not a fit for the Q Towers on your vehicle.

If you want to use your round bars, you still can do that, but here is the complete round bar kit that will fit your vehicle:
