Question:
I have a Reese 16K Pro Series hitch that will not stay in the maneuver position after locking. When I start to drive it slides back to the rail that is bolted to the bed of the truck.

Typically this only happens if somehow the slider was damaged or is installed in rails that aren't totally square which binds up the slider mechanisms. If you attempt to remove the hitch from the rails will it come out easily or does if feel difficult like it's stuck?
For a replacement slider base we have the part # RP30048 which would be an exact replacement or you could upgrade to a round tube slider like part # RP50024 which will operate noticeably smoother.
