Replacement Hitch Head for Reese Fifth Wheel Hitch 30056

Question:

I bent the locking bar on my Reese 1500 FW hitch model 30056 and it does not look like the parts can be changed. I was looking for a replacement head as the legs and brackets are not damaged but have not been able to decide if the model 30047 will work? They look the same but dont want to just look. Thanks in advance for any help or information that you can offer.

Essentially the Reese Hitch part # RP30047 that you referenced is an exact replacement for the Pro Series Hitch you have part 30056. For just the head you'd want the part # RP58146 and for the head and crossmember you'll need the # RP30047A.
