Disc Brake Kit Recommendation for 1998 Mastercraft Single Axle Trailer Model SS 19

Question:

I have a 1998 Mastercraft single axle trailer Model SS 19 S with drum surge brakes. Trailer GVWR is 3740#. Bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2. Wheel size is 215/75R14. Data on the drum includes: HD-1377-10, 2867, Unique Functional Products, Discard PT 10.040, AB8c13inch hard to read this last item. Inner bearings are L68149/L68110. Outer bearings are L44649/L44610. Seal is 47319. Brakes are 10x2-1/4inch FMSI 154. Which of your disk brake conversion kits would be appropriate for my trailer? Thanks.

Your bearing numbers mean you have a standard 3,500 lb trailer axle so for a disc brake kit you'd want the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR35DS for just the hub/rotors, mounting brackets, and calipers.

Or if you wanted a kit that included a surge actuator and brake lines plus what was mentioned earlier you'd want the part # T4843300.
