Is this unit compatible with the Firestone Ride-Rite Air bags that I already have installed on my 2018 F-250 SD?

Firestone does not have a kit that will work with a B&W gooseneck trailer hitch in a 2018 Ford F-250. The upper brackets mount to the outside of the frame rails and would interfere with the gooseneck frame brackets. You could switch to Air Lift system # AL57399 for a 4x4 or # AL57391 for 2-wheel drive models because they mount to the bottoms of the frame rails.
