Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2018 Dodge Durango

Question:

Good evening, Would the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension - Rear Axle Item # CSS-1145R work on the 2018 Dodge Durango? I’m looking for something to improve my suspension. If this does not work can you recommend a producer that does. Thank you for your help.

There is suspension enhancement that will work with your 2018 Dodge Durango, but the Coil SumoSprings # CSS-1145R is not a fit for your vehicle.

I recommend checking out the Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs # AL60824 which will fit your '18 Durango so long as you do NOT have an R/T trim.

These air helper springs fit inside the coil springs on your Durango to ensure a better overall ride, from the steering to the braking. The springs have air pressure which can be adjusted from 5 psi to 35 psi; they are a manually adjusting spring but you can use the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25980 to get a hand-held remote for a more convenient way to adjust the psi.
