Question:

I have 1 2 set of core locks, and 2 sets of another matching core locks. Is it possible to exchange the 1 set to match the other 2 sets, so all I need is one 1 matching key for all 3?

I believe you have Yakima racks and are looking for a way to match all of the lock cores. This is definitely possible but what you'll need to get me is the key number that's used for the locks you want to match all of your racks. With that I can pick you out the correct replacement lock cores.

How it would work is you would insert the Yakima Change key part # Y8007835 into an unlocked lock core and you'd be able to remove it.

Yakima replacement cores are available as part Y8771-_ _ _ _ where the last 4 characters are the lock/key number, such as core part # Y8771-A135 which fits key A135.
