Shower Faucet Recommendation with 4 inches Between Mounting Holes

Question:
Thanks for quick response. Old faucet has been trashed and temporary installed, What I need is one that looks like PF214348 or PF214351 but with 4” mounting holes not 8”. Don’t care if there is not a shower head included. Old / new stock, don’t care, even open box return is ok. Just need the faucet.
