For your 2018 Subaru WRX, the EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7257 is a confirmed fit. There is no drilling required, but there is some minor fascia trimming and heat shield trimming required. This hitch will be hidden and will use the factory knockout panel location. I've attached a photo of this fit to assist as well.
For your wiring harness, I recommend the Curt Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56259 which is a confirmed fit. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your Subaru WRX's wiring harness, which is located in your rear cargo area. Once you've plugged in the T-connector, run the hot lead up to your car battery. Connect the lead to the included fuse holder, and then connect the fuse holder to the positive terminal on your battery and insert the provided fuse. I've attached an article to assist with routing the power wire. The 4 way will stow in your cargo area after installed.
If you will be towing with this hitch, you may also be interested in the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit # 989900. I've attached a video to assist.
