Is there an adapter that I can purschase so I could hook the hose right up to the inlet?

There isn't an adapter to secure a hose to the Valterra Water Inlet # A01-2003BKVP though we do have other options that do allow you to secure a hose. Take a look at water inlet # A01-0169LFVP as one example. I have included a link to all of the inlets we have for you to browse.
