Question:
I have a 2inch square bike rack hitch #75365 purchased at Uhaul on my 2015 Lexus 350h. I am buying a new 2018 Lexus 450h Will this hitch fit my new Lexus?

I do have a trailer hitch receiver that I can confirm will fit your 2018 Lexus RX 450h but the trailer hitch receiver from a 2015 Lexus RX 450h will not. Instead, I recommend using the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e49KR which will provide a nice clean finish for you.
