Dimension of Mounting Plate of Buyers Products Black Receiver Tube

Question:
What is the size of the flange itself? I see the C-C hole dimensions are 3.5inch and 3.38, but what is the size of the entire flange that mounts to the pull vehicle? 4inch x 4??? I want to mount this to the rear of a Gannon 4x2 HD LB72 box scraper and need to know if I will have clearance.

The mounting plate of the Buyers Products Black Receiver Tube # 3371804055 measures 6" x 5"; the plate itself is 1/2" thick.
