Question:
Will the MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Propane Connector - 1/4inch FPT Item # 104052-MBS take the pressure from a 25 gallon propane bottle? Inline before the regulator The wording LP makes me think of pressure in ounces of pressure. Thanks

Expert Reply:
The MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Propane Connector # 104052-MBS is meant to be used for LP (low pressure) or natural gas tanks. It has a max flow capacity of 40,000 Btu per hour for LP gas and 14,000 Btu per hour for natural gas. Without a regulator your 25 gallon propane bottle should be putting out more than that so you will need a regulator before this connection.
