Hand Pump Faucet for a Kitchen Sink in a Cabin

Question:
Hi! I was wondering if this is a hand pump faucet? I am remodeling a cabin and need a hand pump faucet for my kitchen sink. Would you recommend this faucet? Look forward to hearing back from you and Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

Ultra Faucets 6" Drinking Faucet # 277-000189 is a regular on/off type of faucet. For a hand pump for a non-pressurized system we have Rocket Hand Pump # RP800. I have linked a video review of it for you.
