Do you make a 4 in drop hitch with a bike rack mount on the top

The closest thing we have to what you mentioned is the Curt multi-purpose ball mount part # D210 which has a hitch opening up above for mounting a bike rack. But we do not have anything that can do a 4 inch drop as well.
