Coupler Lock Recommendation for Multi-Fit Ball Coupler

Question:

I see that this question had been answered before, but I am concerned with a different from regular design U-haul tongue securing mechanism . On most regular trailers, the tongue gets locked onto the ball by lowering the lever. On U-haul utility trailers its different, as its being screwed down in order to secure the trailers tongue to the hitch. What make/model lock contraption will work on U-haul utility trailer tongues?
