Without knowing the make and model of your hitch, the only replaceable keys we have for hitch locks with the 316 code are the Replacement Tube Keys for Fastway Universal Coupler Lock - Key 316 - Qty 2 # FA-KEY-316. This is only a fit only if you have the Fastway Universal Coupler Lock # FA86-0015-316.
If you are looking for a replacement key for a lock like the etrailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" and 2-1/2" Hitches # e98881, feel free to send me photos of the hitch pin or provide the make/model and I will be happy to search for replacement keys for you. In the worst case scenario, you may have to consider drilling off the lock and replacing it with a new lock/keys.
