Question:

Disk Brake kit and all parts needed for the conversion. I have a 2016 chevy 2500 Z71 with factory brake controller. pulling a 5th wheel Grand Design Solitude 310GK. It has 2 Lippert 7K axels. I want a good quality best bang for the buck disk brake conversion kit with the hydraulic Actuator that works with the factory brake controller. What are my options? Thanks,

Since we know you have Lippert 7k axles we know exactly what disc brake kit you'll need to convert your trailer from drum to disc. Best option is the Dacromet coated kit from Kodiak part # K2HR712D which is a direct fit for your 7k axles.

Then for an actuator kit that includes brake lines for a tandem axle trailer the HydraStar kit part # HBA16-252-82 would be exactly what you need. It also comes with a breakaway kit and brake lines too.

This actuator will work great with your Chevy integrated brake controller as well.
