I was unsure the exact product you were referencing, but neither of the Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kits, # C60618 or # C60692, are a fit for a 2016 Ram 2500 without a factory prep kit. To add a gooseneck hitch, I recommend the Curt Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Ram 2500 # C60614.
