Will this fit with the MPX axle back exhaust? I have a 2015 abarth.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class I # C11347 is a confirmed fit for 2012 - 2016 Fiat 500 Abarth models. This installation will require slight trimming of the rear fascia as outlined in the attached instructions. It is compatible with both the stock or MPX exhaust.
