I took a look at the owner's manual of your 2014 Hyundai Tucson and it said that the vehicle is capable of towing a trailer that is up 1,000 lbs, or up to 1,500 lbs if the trailer has brakes. I took a look at the specs for the Aliner Scout and it weighs nearly 1,400 lbs, so you could potentially tow it if it had brakes and very little cargo.

I recommend Draw-Tite hitch # 75717 for your '14 Tucson, and if you do not already have wiring you need to add Harness # 118501 to give your Hyundai a 4-flat connector to power your trailer lights. Additionally, I recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip. You can use the link to the help article on ball mounts I've added to determine if this kit will give you the correct amount of drop or rise. I've also attached a link to our page with each of our ball mounts as well as a video review of the ball mount kit.

Yes, you can use the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 36510 to pull a trailer that is less than 700 lbs. This receiver has a towing capacity of 3,500 lbs and tongue weight capacity of 350 lbs so you would be fine to use this so long as you stay within your Tucson's aforementioned capacities.
