What Changed from the B&W Companion RVK3000 and RVK3500

Question:

What are the differences in the 3500 versus the old 3000. I have a 2017 F350 super duty dally, long bed, I have a 3000 but was told the RVK 3500 was upgraded. ??

The biggest difference is that from the RVK3000 to the Companion # BWRVK3500 the capacity was upgraded from 18,000 lbs to 20,000 lbs. The height adjustability also changed from 14-3/4 inch-16-3/4 inch to 16-1/4 inch-18-1/4 inch.

The post that attaches the Companion through a single point to the mounting system below the bed, now uses bolts instead of U-bolts making it more user-friendly. Also the foot pads of the hitch are now adjustable.

Finally the post allows for some forward and aft adjustment as well.
