Question:

The description for the sportrack cargo boxes model#sr7016 and sr7017 list the lock as integrated. Does this mean that it does not have a replaceable lock core? If not are there an entire lock mechanism available?

Both the 16 cu/ft and the 17 cu/ft SportRack Horizon Rooftop Cargo Boxes, parts # SR7016 and # SR7017 respectively, have lock cores that can be changed out. The "integrated" wording simply means that they come with locks already installed. You can use part # THLOCKN106 for a replacement lock core and part # THKEYN106 as the replacement key.

To remove your current lock core and to install a new one you will also need the Universal Change Key # 853-1251.
