Replacement key fit perfectly and after shipping issues from the carrier (outside etrailer control). Staff stayed attentive to the order, noticed the shipment was stuck in a loop with usps and repackaged a new shipment to make sure I received the product. Highly recommend!! Service is outstanding!!!

I had ordered a replacement key for my cargo carrier from another company that said it would work but was only terribly disappointed when I received it and it did not. The keys were perfect, I could open the top parts of the rack but it seems that the bottom parts that sit on the roof are different cause I can open the end parts on them and there is no number on them or indication to match to a key number, beside that I,m very satisfied thank you
