If your 2013 Kaufman EZ4 trailer has a 7,000 axle and uses slipper springs that are 26-5/8 inches long then the leaf spring part # e74SR that you referenced will fit and work well.
We don't have a way of looking up what your trailer's suspension has so I am unable to find that info for you.
