Question:
I have a 09 crew cab durmax chevy truck. I have the truxport soft cover that Velcro on the sides. And can be rolled up. My question is, Ive had this cover on my truck for 9yrs. Im wanting to uninstall the cover but finding it very difficult to remove the side rails that are sealed to the bed rails. What is the trick to reactivate this seal so I dont damage the truck or the rails? Thanks

The TruXedo TruXport like # TX271601 used Shur-Bond Velcro Brand Fastener like # TX1117876 and weather seal like # TX1114731 and # TX1703568. The best way to remove these without damage is to use a product that won't damage your paint or rail such as Goo Gone.
