Can you tell me the proper way this light is to be wired? Which wire colors go to what? Blue, brown, green with a yellow tracer.

The three wires on the Tow-Rax Recessed LED Light, Item # TWSPRLB2L, have the following functions:
Yellow & Green-Ground
Brown or Red-Power
Blue-Neutral
