Does Swagman Quad 2+2 Bike Rack Tilt Down and Away From Vehicle for Back Hatch Door?

Question:

I am looking at trailer hitch mountable bike racks. I see the Thule 69tx has a tilt down feature to allow the back door of the vehicle to be opened without removing the bike. I am also looking at the Swagman S64692. IT can fold up but I do not see where it can be ped down or tilted down to allow the back door of the vehicle to be opened without removing the bikes. Is that correct?

The Swagman Quad 2+2 2-Bike and 4-Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches # S64FR is not a tilt-away rack. It will allow the uprights to fold down and thus give you the ability to open most hatches, but it does not tilt-away from the vehicle like the Thule T2 Pro XTR 4 Bike Platform Rack # TH69TX.
