BWRVK2400 Custom Base Rail Kit. Will these rails fit on my 2010 F-250 Super Duty 4WD 63/4 bed and are they an exact fit for the 18K Patriot slider hitch?

You may also want to consider the 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Plug # 50-97-410 to add a second 7-way to the bed of your truck for easy connection access and a clean look.
