I am ordering a 2500 Silverado, I am wondering if I order it with the puck system will that work with my BandW Companion 5th wheel I currently have? Will I need any type of adaptor?

We have the B and W Companion base kit part # BWRVB3705 which is the correct base for a Companion hitch head like what you have to fit the factory rail kit of a 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500 long bed. The full hitch for your truck would be the part # BWRVK3705.
