It sounds like you have a fuse or relay issue related to your tow package wiring. I could not find a 214 Ford F-450 owner's manual online but I did find one for a 2013 which is the same generation and styling. There are several possible relays and fuses to check:

Relay 74-Left Stop Turn
Relay 75 Right Stop Turn
Fuse 13-Right Trailer Tow Stop Turn
Fuse 14-Left Trailer Tow Stop Turn
Fuse 30-Trailer Tow Parking Lamp
Fuse 31-Trailer Brake Controller
Fuse 90-Trailer Tow Battery Charge
Fuse 100-Trailer Tow Turn Signals
Fuse 102-Trailer Tow Battery Charge

I would check these and see if one or more of them are out. A great tool to use is a circuit tester like Item # PTW2993. Hopefully easy to find and then replace with new working part.

If this does not fix your power situation, let us know and we can look at other troubleshooting options.
