Are the bushings used in this equalizer Bronze and if so, can a wet bolt be used in the center hanger, as in the lower holes where the shackles are mounted?

The bushings in the Triangular Equalizer # TREQ310 that you referenced are nylon. You can use wet bolts with this like the # 34007-187-00 for example
