Question:
LOCATION FOR PLUG IN WIRING HARNESS THAT PLUGS IN BY THE BATTERY BEHIND THE HEAD LIGHT ON A 2010 MITSUBISI OUTLANDER

First, locate the vehicle battery under the hood of your 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander. It will be on the driver side. You will need to move it rearward as much as possible, or completely remove it from its position, to gain access to the area behind the headlight.
Look for the wiring harnesses behind the headlight. Taped to one of them should be a wire with a gray connector on the end that is not connected to anything. It is possible that the harness is further back or has fallen off and you will need to fish around for it.
I have included a link to the installation details for you for reference.
