Im looking for a vent fan cover. The fan is fine, the cover was damaged by hail. Its Fan-tastic vent fan and the model is FV1200. Item #816142

You may also want to consider the Fan-Tastic Vent Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover - 23" x 19.5" x 10.25" - White # FVU1500WH or black # DMC38FR to allow you to keep your vent open in high wind or rain.
