We purchased Camco 39742 RhinoFlex sewer kit. Will this fit our hose?

Camco RV Sewer Hose Straight Adapter # CAM39572 is designed to fit all 3 inch sewer hoses with lug/bayonet style fittings. A 3 inch inner diameter is the standard sewer hose size and I have included a picture pointing out what the bayonet and lug fittings look like for you. It will indeed work with your 39742 hose.
