Do these bolt on the tow dolly? I need to add two bolt on 2 web rachets to my existing tow dolly

I spoke with my contact at Roadmaster and he informed me that this RoadMaster Replacement Tie Down Ratchet # RM-2110 will bolt to the a ratchet mount underneath the tow dolly with a nut and bolt.
For a wheel net I would recommend a RoadMaster Adjustable Wheel Net # RM-2150.
