Question:
I would like to know if I can pull my Harley Davidson, which weighs about 600 lbs. I’m pulling a single bike trailer.

You should not have any problems. Make sure to stay within towing capacity limits of your vehicle and hitch which I do not see being an issue. I imagine you already have a hitch and trailer wiring for towing for your 2002 Nissan Pathfinder. If not, I recommend the Curt Class III Round Tube Hitch, Item # C13156, and the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, Item # 118361, which are confirmed fits for your Nissan.
I also recommend reviewing the owner's manual for your 2002 Nissan Pathfinder and Harley Davidson for towing instructions and recommendations.
