Will this fit a Badlands 3500lb winch with a 3inch x 4.88inch bolt layout?

Bulldog Winch ATV Winch Mounting Plate # BDW20061R2 was designed for Bulldog 2K to 6K winches for ATVs. While it hasn't been tested with a Badlands winch I did measure some of the various holes in this mount. The slotted holes on the outsides will accept a 3 inch (front to back) by 4-7/8 inch (side to side) mounting pattern.
