Question:
Hey Jon G, thank you for the quick answer to my question! I am planning to use my new hitch receiver for a two bike rack. I am currently researching a mid priced Hollywood brand. I want one that is far enough away from my beautiful HR-V so it doesn’t get touched or scratched. I will also need an adapter for a womens style bike and am wondering about a way to lock the receiver and rack and bike to discourage theft. What do ya think!!!

The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 306-X7322, which is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Honda HR-V, has a shipping weight of 33 lbs. Since this includes the packaging that means the trailer hitch itself weighs about 30 lbs.
I have attached a sample installation video for you to reference. If you can let me know what you will be using the trailer hitch for I can make additional recommendations if necessary.
