We have the DeeZee Tailgate Assist Custom Tailgate-Lowering System for Pickup Trucks # DZ43203 that is a confirmed fit for your 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty. This will ease the movement of your tailgate especially in lowering to give it more controlled assistance as it lowers. There really isn't anything to help specifically with the lift, but this product will help to some extent with a more controlled lift as the shock absorber retracts.
