In regards to a tailgate assist for a 2015 Ford F-350, there's only one option I am aware of aside from factory installed equipment, the DeeZee Tailgate Assist Custom Tailgate-Lowering System for Pickup Trucks part # DZ43203. The DeeZee Assist works great, reducing the weight and speed of the tailgate while lowering. It's easy to install and requires no modifications.
