I have attached 2 links that have replacement parts for the Sterling and Sterling All Terrain # RM-576 tow bars.
These include things like the Replacement Handles # RM-910003-35 and the Complete Repair Kit # RM-910003-30. If you let me know what exactly you are needing I can see if it is something that we carry.
