Difference Between Thule and Rhino Rack Ski Rack

Question:
Can the rhino 2 ski roof rack fit on the thule roof rack bars? And other than size would you say the thule 4 ski/ 2 snowboard racks is worth the extra money compared to the same size rhino rack version? Im gonna be using them to carry expensive surf fishing rods. Mainly 2 at a time for the most part and want them to be the safe and protected in transport. thanks!

The Rhino Rack ski rack part number # RR572 is a confirmed fit for Thule square or aero crossbars. The biggest difference you'll notice with this rack over the Thule SnowPack part # TH7324 will be how the rack attaches to the bars.
The Thule has a very easy to use strap that goes around the bars whereas the Rhino Rack will require wrenches to tighten and loosen from the crossbar. If it's something you plan to take on and off frequently you'll want the Thule. If it's a rack you'd only use on occasion the Rhino Rack would work just fine to safely transport your surf fishing rods.
