Question:

Hi Im asking about getting a kit for a 2002 Chevy 1500 HD. We have the airbags off of a previous pickup and would like to get the bracketry and hardware so we are basically starting fresh. Do you guys sell just the brackets and hardware or would we have to get the bags too?

When getting replacement parts for air suspension, it is much more cost effective to get the entire kit with the air bags than to piece brackets and parts together independently for your existing air bags. My recommendation is to get the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57250. These air springs are compatible with in-bed hitches and will fit with Quadrasteer as well.

Both these kits come with manual inflation valves for adjustment, but you may want to consider adding the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25592 which will allow you to control and monitor the air pressure in your springs. It will allow you to adjust the air as needed from the comfort of your cab.
