Does the draw Tite hitch #24792 come with the wires to pull the bolts back down through the holes in the frame

I checked the parts breakdown in the instructions for Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24792 and it does indicate that two 7/16 inch pull wires are included. I have linked those instructions and a video showing an example installation for you.
