The Inno Shaper 100 Roof Cargo Basket # INXA569 would work with the DISCONTINUED Rola Sport REX Series Roof Rack 59686 you mentioned but it is no longer available. Instead, you can use your Inno cargo basket with the Thule WingBar Crossbars # TH711400, which attach to your raised rails with the Evo Raised Rail # TH710401 feet.
This will be a great combination for your 2010 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk.
